Refunds and returns

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy. Briefly: if a download didn’t work, the file is faulty, you bought the wrong country edition (and haven’t downloaded it), or the product significantly fails to match the description.

What’s not refundable?

Change-of-mind once you’ve downloaded the file, and any country edition where you’ve already accessed the download. This is consistent with how digital products are treated under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I request a refund?

Email admin@thesustainablehost.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

What makes your products sustainable?

Digital delivery means no printing, no shipping, no warehousing, and no waste. The content itself is built around lower-impact living — tiny homes, off-grid systems, regenerative business, and reducing what you consume.

Are you carbon neutral?

The Sustainable Host operates from regional Western Australia and runs as lean as possible — digital products, no inventory, minimal travel. We’re not formally carbon-certified, but every operational choice we make is weighed against its environmental cost.
